Talladega – Day Three “The Big Race”

Talladega - Almost ready to Race!Talladega is so far from the normal stress of day to day life. I’ve gotten into the “Infield” and left the rest of the world behind!  Big Breakfast at the campsite on Sunday Morning, Cut some cheese, grab the crackers, pack some beer and head to the backstretch fence for the Aaron 499.  It’s actually 500.09 miles long if you’re counting. Dale Jr. brought in a Number Two slot at the end.  You can’t imagine the thrill and feel of the race when cars speed past you at near 200 miles per hour, and just 40 feet from your chair. And you’re right there at ground level. Talladega Infield viewing is something special.
