Shrimp From The Boat

ShrimpFromCoastThanks to good friends Jimmy Johnson and former co-worked Mona Cox for the invite to hang out Tuesday Night in Camp Hill, Alabama.  Mona had just returned from the Mississippi coast with more than a few pounds of Shrimp. Yummy!  It was a good time to catch up with them and friend Redman, sit outside, discuss his grapes that are growing to make wine and relax. Lucky for me, there was more shrimp to eat that we could at that one sitting, so I brought some home to Opelika. I finished off the last batch tonight, after sharing some with Shannon, one of the Jefferson’s managers yesterday. She wasn’t too sure about the fact these little (actually Big) fellows had their head on!  As a side note, Bo and Mitch also seemed to like the few shrimp I shared with them.
