According to the city, “FY 2009 resurfacing has begun, and while the city has not yet been given a comprehensive schedule for the various streets scheduled to be resurfaced in the coming months, East Alabama Paving has given the city schedules for roads they plan to begin milling on Friday, January 9th and Monday, January 12th. ”

Friday, January 9th – Milling Begins: North 4th Street at the intersection of 2nd Avenue. Will begin first thing in the morning, and it will cause slight traffic delays for a very short time Friday morning!
