The City of Opelika published its weekly public notices for the week of Aug. 17, including notice that the City Council will hold a public hearing Tuesday, Sept. 15, at 6 p.m. in the courtroom of the Opelika Municipal Court Building, 300 Martin Luther King Blvd.
The notice follows the Sept. 1 hearing the council scheduled at its Aug. 18 meeting to consider revoking the business license of Top Shelf Alternatives. Council agendas for both work sessions and regular meetings are posted on the city website the Friday before each meeting.
