Opelika police arrested Sebastian Franco, 42, on four counts of possession of child pornography, the department said. The case began with a tip from the Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) task force, and investigators identified Franco as the suspect.
Franco was arrested Wednesday, Aug. 26, and booked into the Lee County Jail. The arrest is the second ICAC-driven child pornography case Opelika police have announced this month, following the Aug. 6 arrest of a 39-year-old man on the same charge.
