OPELIKA — The 42-year-old Opelika man arrested last week on four counts of possession of child pornography is also facing charges in Greene County, Missouri, KY3 in Springfield reports.
Sebastian Franco was taken into custody by Opelika police on Wednesday, Aug. 26, after a tip from the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force, and was booked into the Lee County Jail. KY3 reports he faces two counts of possession of child pornography in Greene County, where authorities had previously charged him following a sting operation.
All charges are allegations, and Franco has not been convicted.
