Nothing To Do This Weekend – Wrong!

I’m thinking as I look at the calendar for the weekend, that maybe we are some large Metro Area filled with major and fun events whereever you turn this weekend.  I won’t cover all the details, but you’ll find lots of links here to check it all out for the weekend.  Of course, the “Sticks Country Music Festival” at Parker Farms (Auburn) is Friday and Saturday.  They have come out with special one day passes, in case you can’t make both days.  Lots of big names on the schedule. I rode out 280 North to find Parker Farms this past weekend. It’s up the road past the Bottle.  Look for the Semi-Trailer with the “Sticks” logo on it and you’ll find the entrance. This should be a lot of fun for country fans.  Here’s the link: Click here to read all about it!    This show is Friday and Saturday.  If you just want some free Bluegrass fun, then Waverly’s Old 280 Boogie is all day Satuday.  Here’s a Link to the Waverly Free Event.  The event is from 10AM til 5PM, so check it out. Then of course for Football Fan’s the “A Day” for both Auburn and Alabama.  Over at Eighth and Rail music both nights.  Here’s a link to their entertainment page for the weekend.
