Italian Die-Caster 2A USA to Invest $32 Million in Auburn Expansion, Adding 50 Jobs

AUBURN — Aug. 20, 2026

Italian aluminum die-casting company 2A USA is expanding its Auburn manufacturing plant again with a $32 million investment that is expected to create 50 jobs, Gov. Kay Ivey and the company announced.

The Tier I automotive supplier, located at Auburn Technology Park West, says the expansion will increase capacity to cast and machine large, complex aluminum components for the heavy truck industry.

Auburn economic development officials said they expect several more industrial announcements before the end of the year.
