I did spent some time catching up with old friends the past few weeks on facebook. A best friend in Atlanta’s sister finds me and connects me with him and his wife, a former girlfriend. And now, another friend from High School where I discover it’s our 40th Reunion in March. The Thomson High School (GA) Class of 1968 will gather March 28th and relive the good times and bad in just a few short hours. Since I’ve gained about 150 pounds since my Senior year, I suspect that I won’t be easy to pick out in the crowd. I think when you plan to go back for the 10th or 20th reunion you worry about how you look and how much you’ve gained. At 40, I’m just glad to be here to go back.
My friend in Brainard would think me a wimp when I say that I don’t like the cold weather, but if I told her that Mitch and Bo hate it worse than me, she’d kick the dogs out. Honestly, I don’t think I understand the dogs. There are times I think they are going to kill each other, only to find them in the den in the chair as pictured. Well, in a way I guess it’s a lot like being married.
