EAMC-Lanier Cuts Ribbon on New Emergency Observation Beds in Valley

August 26, 2026 — Valley, AL

EAMC-Lanier Rural Emergency Hospital held a ribbon cutting for three new emergency observation beds that opened Aug. 1 at its Valley campus.

The beds give the hospital dedicated space for patients who need further observation or treatment but do not require transfer to another hospital for urgent care, keeping more of that care close to home in Chambers County.
