Gov. Kay Ivey announced that DPC Holdings PLC (Doncasters), a UK-based maker of superalloys and high-precision alloy components for the aerospace industry, will open a new facility in Auburn. The $50 million capital investment is expected to create approximately 70 jobs over the next three years, with an average hourly wage of around $30.29.

The state’s partnership with the company includes Alabama Job Act incentives and AIDT workforce training support. Auburn Mayor Ron Anders said the project reinforces the city’s commitment to technology-based, value-added manufacturing.
