Continental Properties has broken ground on Springs at Opelika, a 252-home apartment community at Gateway Drive and Capps Drive. The development will offer studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom floor plans with private ground-level entrances and attached garage options.
Apartment homes will range from 630 to 1,281 square feet and include smart home technology and in-home washers and dryers. Community amenities are planned to include a pet spa, walking trails and a car care center. ‘Our goal for Springs at Opelika is to create a’ community that fits the way residents in the area want to live, the developer said in announcing the groundbreaking.
