Someone said that I’ve not been angry about anything on the website lately. Well, under advise of Legal Council I’ve had to tone down some personal content on the site. I’ll stretch the boundries next week as I cover Talledaga like noone has done in the past. However, I guess I can share comments overheard at a local Tavern on Thursday Night. Apparently, there is a local radio guy that does his (does that narrow it too much?) morning show while wearing one of those Astronaut Diapers. Not sure what the attraction is, but what the heck. I just report. Anyone want to guess who it might be? Go ahead and Mix it up out there!
A couple of other personal notes. (1) Lost on ABC is just getting out of control. I can’t figure out anything. (2) The race at Talledaga is just a week away. I’ve got the responsibility for the campsite and I’ve been working hard to make it the best. New Flagpole Stands designed by Buddy Hiro, everything required for three days survial in the In-Field, my Amp Energy Drink Number 88 Jacket to the Dry Cleaners and 10 or so different boxes coming at me the next four days in the mail, UPS and FedEx. Get ready for an overdose of NASCAR (and I know some of you are ready and willing) in coming days! (3) A friend that recently traveled in Europe brough me 50 Euro’s for watching the cat while gone. Have you ever tried to cash in 50 Euro’s in Opelika Alabama? Banks are more likely to accept the 4 weeks of what I got out of the Kittle Litter Box, than the Euro! I’ve got to run to the Atlanta Airport to swap it in for the $66 or so dollars.
