America’s Home Place Holds Grand Opening for Opelika Model Home Center

Dale Jr's 88 Demo Car in Opelika on Saturday! After coffee at Red Door June this morning, I was off to the Old USA Factory Stores Center to find the Grand Opening for the America’s Home Place model home center.  They’ve built a couple of demo homes so folks can get an idea of what they do.  These guys build all over the Southeast on land you own.  Nearly 300 folks had dropped by  when I got there around 1PM.  The had some stuff for the Kids, one of the Hendrick “88″ Demo  or Sports cars and free lunch from Chick Fil-A.  When I saw the “88″ car, I had to go home and grab my Pitshirt and hat for a picture.  More about the center, from their website: “Our mission at Americas Home Place is to make the home building experience a positive one for our customers. 3 out 5 new customers, in fact, are referred to us by satisfied former customers. Since 1972, we have been building custom homes for families who have their own land, with home plans ranging from the $80,000′s to $300,000+. To serve our customers more effectively, America’s Home Place has developed a network of Building Centers and Model Centers in Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Tennessee, Florida, Alabama, Kentucky and Mississippi. We are Americas #1 “on your lot” custom homebuilder.” Here: Read More at Their Website!

Did you know that 75,000 cars drive by this location on I-85 each day.  Is it a wonder why they’ve located this model center in Opelika?
