I’m afraid to go count the number of Apps I’ve downloaded since getting my iPhone a few years ago. Many of those were “To Do” list or reminders, many of them that I’ve written about here. If you have task list and find that you never seems to get things finished, you might try this one. The developers of the App, call it the “to-do list with personality” but I prefer the word “Attitude”, since I don’t always get things finished quick enough for her. Okay, yes, I just said Her! Because the App, named “Carrot” has the persona of a woman. The App, like a relationship takes some work to produce required results. You get rewards (points) for completing task and once passing a certain level, you can start scheduling recurrent events. As a matter of fact, this rewards system is the closest thing I have to a game on the phone. No Games on my iPhone! Carrot is working great for me for those quick easy task I should do daily, but are easily forgotten when something sidetracks me during the day! Oh did I mention the app comes complete with a Cat. Yep, I said it, a Cat. And one task you must do daily is feed the cat. Don’t stay away from your list very long, or Carrot changes the look from a fresh white background, to an evil menacing black! She also will make remarks that strike fear in your heart. It’s not free, but well worth the $1.99 I paid for it. I’ve always said I get more done, when there’s a woman’s guidance!
